Our simple shipping policy was created to ensure your furniture, bedding, and accessories arrive with utmost care, speedily, and at the lowest cost possible.

Furniture Shipping Costs & Options

Standard Shipping

All Q Collection Junior furniture (except Stella Stackables and Astronomers Stools – see Bedding and Accessories section) is shipped via a freight carrier and delivered directly to your home.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

$70 per order shipping fee
+$60 for the first item
+$50 for each additional item

Premium White Glove Delivery

Q Collection Junior offers a Premium White Glove Delivery service, which includes blanket wrapped delivery into the room of your choice, light assembly if needed, and debris removal. Due to safety liability issues, crib assembly is not available.

To select this service, visit the Premium White Glove Delivery page and add one to your shopping cart. Add only one per order and the premium white glove delivery service will apply to all furniture products in your order.

$150 Additional Premium White Glove Delivery fee per order + standard shipping costs


Bedding, Accessories and Small Furniture Shipping Costs & Options

Q Collection Junior bedding, accessories, and small furniture products (Stella Stackables and Astronomers Stools) are shipped via Fed Ex. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and packaging.

If bedding, accessories, and small furniture items are ordered with large furniture products, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.


General Shipping Policies

1. Unless otherwise specified by Customer, Q Collection Junior will select a carrier and insurance and invoice Customer for all such charges.

2. Q Collection Junior will notify Customer of approximate ship dates if shipping dates are outside the typical shipping window specified in the product description for each product.

3. Title and risk of loss passes to Customer upon delivery to the carrier.


Inspection Upon Delivery & Claims

1. Please make sure to sign for your order only if shipment arrives in good condition. If the package is compromised or damaged in any way do not accept delivery. If you do accept delivery, and damage to the containers or merchandise is visible, Customer must insist that a notation be made on the bill of lading.

2. Customer should remove (and retain until inspection is complete) all wrapping and examine the shipment carefully upon receipt.

3. Q Collection Junior is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage.

4. If goods have been received damaged it is imperative to your damage claim to retain the original packaging material.

5. All objections, rejections or claims for damage must be filed with the carrier and Q Collection Junior within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products.
