Q Collection Junior Policies and FAQs

• Defects of manufacturing may be returned for a period of one year from purchase date.
• A handling and restocking fee of 35% is assessed for furniture returned and received by Q Collection Junior in saleable condition and/or orders cancelled after seven days of receipt by Q Collection Junior
• Please call 800-775-0994 for return authorization code which must be included with all goods returned to Q Collection Junior.

• In order to process orders all payments are due in full.
• Prices are F.O.B. Q Collection Junior's manufacturing or distribution location.
• Prices are subject to change without notice and are not valid until confirmed by Q Collection Junior.
• Customer is responsible for all freight, local delivery, insurance, packaging and crating charges, all of which are due prior to shipment.
• Items shipped within California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Texas and Washington are subject to sales tax.
• Each order is subject to acceptance by Q Collection Junior. Customer will be notified if Q Collection Junior is unable to accept and process an order.

• Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product weight and size, method of shipment, and packaging. Depending on size of shipment and availability, your order may arrive in separate deliveries. For specifics please call our toll free number 800-775-0994 for your shipment specifics.
• Title and risk of loss passes to Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Unless otherwise specified by Customer, Q Collection Junior will select a carrier and insurance and invoice Customer for all such charges.
• Q Collection Junior will notify Customer of approximate shipping dates (which are for convenience only and are not binding).

Inspection upon Delivery & Claims:

• Please make sure to sign for your order only if shipment arrives in good condition. If the package is compromised or damaged in anyway do not accept delivery. If you do accept delivery, and damage to the containers or merchandise is visible, Customer must insist that a notation be made on the bill of lading.
• Customer should remove (and retain until inspection is complete) all wrapping and examine the shipment carefully upon receipt.
• Q Collection Junior is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage.
• If goods have been received damaged it is imperative to your damage claim to retain the original packaging material.
• All objections, rejections or claims for damage must be filed with the carrier and Q Collection Junior within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products.

Furniture and Finishes:

• Q Collection Junior 19s furniture is made with special care and attention to our environmentally friendly finishes. Our furniture is protected with water based, non- toxic finishes and while durable is not indestructible. Variations in wood grain and color are natural occurrences and part of the aesthetic that we embrace in our hand-crafted, solid wood pieces.

General:

• Q Collection Junior shall not be responsible for any delay beyond Q Collection Junior's control including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, or labor difficulties, acts of war or terrorism, failure or delay of sources to supply, transportation difficulties, accidents, fires, or force majure.
• This agreement and all orders will be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without respect to any conflicts of law rules; any dispute hereunder must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts for the city of New York, and each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of such courts.
